  • Before arriving, screening questions and health history will be taken and discussed in person. Next, there will be a hands-on assessment to understand how your body is moving and how osteopathic manual therapy can help. Then an individualized treatment will be applied that may involve gentle manipulation of the fascia, muscles and joints of your body. Follow-up treatment we will re-evaluate goals and treatment.

  • Most insurance plans cover osteopathic manual therapy. However, treatment is not by OHIP.

  • It is suggested to wear loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Jewellery, watches and belts should be removed prior to appointment. After treatment people may experience physiological symptoms such as muscle fatigue or an increase of energy, depending on the individual.

  • At this time we do not deal with MVA’s and WSIB claims.

  • The frequency of visits is different for everyone and is based on how long your concern has been affecting you as well as your overall health.
